Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable on returned items; however, should WT Supply need to send out a replacement item, the shipping costs will be on us.
For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of lotions/oils/creams which are opened. Used/washed linens and cloth items are also not accepted for return.
You will receive your refund via the same method of payment at time of purchase less, any shipping costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Warranty
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Fasttrendstore honors the warranties set out by our partners and suppliers. We do not offer any extended warranty. Any claims are at the discretion of the manufacturers and will be dealt with accordingly. Shipping costs related to warranty issues are responsibility of customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items); and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have; and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancelled Orders
Fasttrendstore can at its discretion charge a 15% restocking fee where applicable.
Order Fulfilment
Orders will be processed during business days, within 48 hours of you placing your order. Once order is picked and packaged for pickup, delivery, or shipping, the customer will be notified as to what to expect next.
